PAUL NDUKA ELUHAIWE  |  Chairman/CEO

He is a Development Finance Specialist with special skills and competence in Development Finance with a deep and special interest in Agricultural Value Chain Financing and Management. He is a seasoned finance expert with over 37 years proven experience, in real sector financing, especial Agricultural projects, Small and Medium Scale (SMEs), Manufacturing, Power and Airline interventions as well Microfinance. Very knowledgeable in private and public finance. Paul held various top Management positions in the Central Bank of Nigeria rising to the position of Director Development Finance Department of the Central Bank Of Nigeria (2011 -2014) and appointed as Special Adviser on Development Finance to the Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (October 2014 – April 2017). Mr. Eluhaiwe led the development of series of real sector Interventions for the Bank such as the Microfinance Policy for Nigeria, Commercial Agricultural Credit Scheme, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Fund, NIRSAL, Financial Inclusion Strategy for Nigeria and the Anchor Borrowers” Programme (ABP). Paul was at a time a member of a team of Technical Advisors to AFRACA (A sub-Saharan Africa Regional Agricultural Credit Association). Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics, Diploma in Microfinance and Diploma in Project Management and a Course in Global Strategic Management at Harvard Business School, Boston USA.

CAROL ELUHAIWE | Executive Director

She has vast organizational knowledge, with over 15 years’ experience in the Education sector, 10 years in private business and agricultural Industry. She has worked in various capacities in public sector reputable educational institutions and other organizations, with technical skills and competences in Administration and Management, Currently managing fish production business of her own. She hold National Certificate Education (NCE) in Mathematics from Bendel State College of Education Benin City and a B. Sc in Economics from University of Abuja.

KAYODE OKUNATO | Assistant General Manager/Head of Factory

He’s a Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). He holds a first degree (B.TECH) in Accounting and also a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) which he finished with a distinction average. His career spans over several years, covering such areas as Accountant, Project personnel, Sales Officer, ICT personnel, Marketing Officer and Project Manager; a position he held prior to joining AGROTEK in 2014 as Head of Finance/Account/ICT Mr. Kayode is currently responsible for running of the General Administration spanning from purchase, production, sales and marketing, down to every other administrative tasks. He is responsible for the day to day management of the Integrated Rice Mill located at Ugboha in Edo State.

BEN  E. SILOKO | Head – Admin/Human Resources

With over 12 years vast experience in Administration & Management, he’s an Accountant by profession and a Business Administration and Development expert, that has developed various business models for several organizations. He also has enviable work experience, with great communication and leadership skills, he motivates others and very creative. he holds a degree in Accountancy from the University of Science & Technology Rivers State  & he’s a student member of ICAN.

UWADIAE SMART OSAYANDE | Head of Quality Control Department

Uwadiae Smart Osayande is the head of quality control department and also the team head of research,development and extension services. A graduate of Agricultural Economics and Extension from the University of Ibadan, he is a qualified Agricultural economist with several years of experience in agricultural production and cultivation. He is a highly respected youth professional across the private and public sector.

AMAHAH NDIDIAMAKA  PROMISE | Head of Strategy & Innovation

PROMISE AMAHAH is a Strategy & Innovation expert, Agribusiness Aggregator, Environmentalist & young entrepreneur whose business activities are focused mainly on AgriBusiness Strategy & Innovation Development and Environmental management. He’s personal mantra is ‘Discipline-Drive-Determination-Direction-Delivery’ 5D. He studied Geology at the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka. His wealth of experience comes from working in various capacities in Public, Private and Non-Governmental Institutions all at International, Federal, State and Local Government level. Promise has served as Strategy consultant for National Program for Food Security (NPFS), Iyatu Farms, Zaidan Group, Magma Group, Latins Security Ltd, National Oil Spill Detection and Response Agency (NOSDRA), Federal Ministry of Environment, Intrazones Group Ltd, Delta State Local Government Commission among others.

He was a West African delegate to the UN World Youth Alliance 1st African Emerging Leaders Conference in Nairobi, Kenya (2010) and current President of Nigerian Young Farmers Network.

Currently authoring three books to be published, namely, Strategy & Innovation: The Paradigm shift, Agribusiness 101: Foundation for Food Security, Climate Change & Global warming: The past, the present and the future, My Africa: a compendium of facts and We are not C.H.E.A.P.

NWOKORO JOHN | Head of Parboiling Department

A graduate of chemical engineering with over six years work experience in rice processing and production especially in paddy parboiling and boiler engineering.

EDWIN MOSES | Head of Milling Department

A graduate of Ebonyi State College of Education, Ikwo with over six years work experience in rice production especially the milling sector of the industry.

ABUBOKHALE FELIX | Head of Maintenance Department

With several years of vast experience in technical, mechanical, civil and fabrication work, Felix has fabricated and design state-of-the-art equipment that has been used in several organisation. Presently, he is the Head of Maintenance Department and his team is made up of young & skilful Nigerians who are able to fabricate, repair and maintain factory components and machines to ensure smooth production process and no downtime in Agrotek.
