He is a Development Finance Specialist with special skills and competence in Development Finance with a deep and special interest in Agricultural Value Chain Financing and Management. He is a seasoned finance expert with over 37 years proven experience, in real sector financing, especial Agricultural projects, Small and Medium Scale (SMEs), Manufacturing, Power and Airline interventions as well Microfinance. Very knowledgeable in private and public finance. Paul held various top Management positions in the Central Bank of Nigeria rising to the position of Director Development Finance Department of the Central Bank Of Nigeria (2011 -2014) and appointed as Special Adviser on Development Finance to the Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (October 2014 – April 2017). Mr. Eluhaiwe led the development of series of real sector Interventions for the Bank such as the Microfinance Policy for Nigeria, Commercial Agricultural Credit Scheme, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Fund, NIRSAL, Financial Inclusion Strategy for Nigeria and the Anchor Borrowers” Programme (ABP). Paul was at a time a member of a team of Technical Advisors to AFRACA (A sub-Saharan Africa Regional Agricultural Credit Association). Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics, Diploma in Microfinance and Diploma in Project Management and a Course in Global Strategic Management at Harvard Business School, Boston USA.

KAUTILYA SHARMA  |  Director

Mr. Kautilya Sharma is the CEO of Multi-Chem Industries Limited and Multi-Power Back up. He is a Management Graduate from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) and specializes in international business and marketing. He has 24 years of experience in various countries including Australia, India and Nine(9) west African Nations. He has spent 14 years in Nigeria in various lines of business including manufacturing especially agro-chemicals, trading , agency representation of world class companies, mining, recycling, travel, Agro commodities, chemicals etc.

CAROL ELUHAIWE | Executive Director

She has vast organizational knowledge, with over 15 years’ experience in the Education sector, 10 years in private business and agricultural Industry. She has worked in various capacities in public sector reputable educational institutions and other organizations, with technical skills and competences in Administration and Management, Currently managing fish production business of her own. She hold National Certificate Education (NCE) in Mathematics from Bendel State College of Education Benin City and a B. Sc in Economics from University of Abuja.

OKWARA UKARIWE ONUOHA | Factory Manager

He is a renowned teacher with vast knowledge of effective human and material resource management; with 12 years teaching experience in private and public schools and 6 years working experience in the private and public sectors. He is a man of integrity with great leadership skill and positive managerial influence. He has served as the Accountant/Stock Manager of Hotel De Ville Ltd; worked as a contractor handling Forklift Leasing and Conveyor line maintenance in Nigerian Breweries Plc, all in Abia State.
He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from the Abia  State Polytechnic Aba, where he did part-time lecturing for the undergraduates in Accounting, Marketing and Business Management for 7 years.
As the factory manager of Agrotek Value Chains Agent Limited, Onuoha works as the Factory Administrative, Finance, Marketing, and Personnel head; shouldered with the responsibility of overseeing the total factory operations.

BARR. GEORGE OBIADERI  OGBORMEH | Company Secretary

Barrister Ogbormeh is the Company Secretary of Agrotek Value Chains Agents Limited. He is a multi-specialist professional with expanded experience, the reason for his choice as the Company Secretary. Barrister Ogbormeh studied law and graduated from University of Lagos in 1987, and was called to Bar in 1988.

He further studied at University of Abuja (LL.M Degree) in 2012, and in 2015 he went to Janus University California where he obtained an Honorary PHD.

Barrister Ogbormeh is a principal partner George Ogbormeh & Co. Legal Practitioners & Consultants – 1989-2000 and Agrotek Value Chains Agent Ltd Company Secretary from 2018 to date. He is also an International Glass Industry Ltd – Director, 2018 to date, He is a member of Nigerian Bar Association, International Leaders Round Table Forum – General Secretary, Law School Call set ’88,FCT Abuja and Legal Adviser to the United Nigeria Initiative for Sustainable (UNISD) National.
